Cadillac has long been known for revolutionizing innovation and technological advancement. With a “go big or go home” mentality, Cadillac is stepping up their game with the introduction of their newest EV flagship sedan.
The 2025 Cadillac Celestiq will roll off the production line with the same (or incredibly close) specifications and design as the original concept revealed recently, which will be debuted in-person at Pebble Beach in August of 2022. With a stunning amount of time and financial investment, the Celestiq promises to compete with the likes of Bentley and Rolls-Royce.
The new addition to the Cadillac family will be hand-built and the sleek, beautiful design looks as much like art as it does a car. The futuristic take has us excited to see the production version begin its rollout in 2025, so we can experience the technology and luxury for ourselves.
The 2025 Cadillac Celestiq will be an all-new model for the brand and will be bespoke tailored for each individual purchaser of the upscale ride. Although not all the details have been released about the Celestiq, Cadillac has dropped a few hints and said that the sedan will be available with both all-wheel drive and four-wheel steering.
Each Celestiq will be completely customizable, and Cadillac even noted that the “sky is the limit” on creating each car as they will be hand-crafted, putting them in the highest luxury category among makers like Rolls-Royce and Bentley.
The design of the new Cadillac is classy and futuristic without going overboard. Photos revealing the concept show sleek lines and angles in a simple (but definitely not lacking) aesthetic. The hyper-luxury does not end with the outer shell, either. The cabin of the car is technology rich and comfortable with four bucket seats, an adjustable roof panel that can be changed from transparent to opaque, leather lining, and brushed metal trim interspersed with open-pore wood accents. The car is also equipped with ambient interior lighting which shines through the perforated wood accenting.
The technology is astounding as well, with a 55-inch touchscreen which covers the entire length of the Celestiq’s dashboard. Rear seats also have large displays with infotainment connectivity for movies, internet searching, and stereo system controls.
Cadillac has confirmed that It will feature a next-generation edition of GM’s driving technology called Ultra Cruise, which offers hands-free driving.
In the coming years, any updates and advancements in technology are likely to be incorporated into Cadillac’s new EV flagship. We already know that it was designed with the height of luxury in mind and the aesthetics are incredibly appealing, as is the dedication to technology and personalization, which means that, from here until release, the 2025 Cadillac Celestiq will only get better, making it one luxury sedan we’re really looking forward to!
