WHY WE’RE EXCITED FOR THE CADILLAC CELESTIQ
Cadillac has long been known for revolutionizing innovation and technological advancement. With a “go big or go home” mentality, Cadillac is stepping up their game with the introduction of their newest EV flagship sedan.
The 2025 Cadillac Celestiq will roll off the production line with the same (or incredibly close) specifications and design as the original concept revealed recently, which will be debuted in-person at Pebble Beach in August of 2022. With a stunning amount of time and financial investment, the Celestiq promises to compete with the likes of Bentley and Rolls-Royce.
The new addition to the Cadillac family will be hand-built and the sleek, beautiful design looks as much like art as it does a car. The futuristic take has us excited to see the production version begin its rollout in 2025, so we can experience the technology and luxury for ourselves.
The 2025 Cadillac Celestiq will be an all-new model for the brand and will be bespoke tailored for each individual purchaser of the upscale ride. Although not all the details have been released about the Celestiq, Cadillac has dropped a few hints and said that the sedan will be available with both all-wheel drive and four-wheel steering.
Each Celestiq will be completely customizable, and Cadillac even noted that the “sky is the limit” on creating each car as they will be hand-crafted, putting them in the highest luxury category among makers like Rolls-Royce and Bentley.
The design of the new Cadillac is classy and futuristic without going overboard. Photos revealing the concept show sleek lines and angles in a simple (but definitely not lacking) aesthetic. The hyper-luxury does not end with the outer shell, either. The cabin of the car is technology rich and comfortable with four bucket seats, an adjustable roof panel that can be changed from transparent to opaque, leather lining, and brushed metal trim interspersed with open-pore wood accents. The car is also equipped with ambient interior lighting which shines through the perforated wood accenting.
The technology is astounding as well, with a 55-inch touchscreen which covers the entire length of the Celestiq’s dashboard. Rear seats also have large displays with infotainment connectivity for movies, internet searching, and stereo system controls.
Cadillac has confirmed that It will feature a next-generation edition of GM’s driving technology called Ultra Cruise, which offers hands-free driving.
In the coming years, any updates and advancements in technology are likely to be incorporated into Cadillac’s new EV flagship. We already know that it was designed with the height of luxury in mind and the aesthetics are incredibly appealing, as is the dedication to technology and personalization, which means that, from here until release, the 2025 Cadillac Celestiq will only get better, making it one luxury sedan we’re really looking forward to!

Fire Island is the 32-mile-long barrier island that has been designated a National Seashore and is only accessible by passenger ferry—so you can enjoy the sights without a car horn in earshot. Thanks to its no-car-policy, the most common modes of transportation include bikes, water taxis, golf carts, and feet, granting the island a laid-back, neighborly atmosphere where folks will happily greet one another as they cross paths. Families will love the largest community on Fire Island, Ocean Beach, as it contains much of its downtown.
Cooper’s Beach has been rated as one of the top beaches in the nation by esteemed expert, “Dr. Beach,” thanks to its soft, white-sand beaches, sweeping dunes, and views of gorgeous Gatsby-esque mansions. Hot tip: park on Halsey Neck Lane across from the beach and walk 5 to 10 minutes (be cautious of other streets, most don’t allow parking). Cooper’s is the only Southampton beach with an on-duty lifeguard, plus you’ll find showers, umbrellas and chairs for rent, and a concession stand.
You can find the quintessential laid-back beach experience at scenic Robert Moses State Park, easily accessed from the Robert Moses Causeway. Each field has its own concessions, bathrooms, outdoor showers, and shops. Hit up Fields 2, 3, and 4 for picnic benches and grills, and—get this—Fields 2 through 5 have free wifi! When you’re done splashing around, check out the 18-hole pitch-and-putt golf course by Field 2, or the fantastic views of the park’s water tower from Field 3. Finally, families cannot miss a stop at Field 5, which offers a large playground, boardwalk, and a nature trail leading to the Fire Island Lighthouse, which has its own exhibits and educational programs.
With six and a half miles of shoreline, Jones Beach State Park has something for everyone, making it a favorite spot of the millions of visitors who come each year. The Park is split into different parking fields, each with its own bathroom and changing area. You only need to buy one $10 parking pass and you’re free to move between the fields. Families can splash around in the designated lifeguarded areas, while surfers can hang ten on the choppy Atlantic waves farther out from shore.

Most recently, Bethpage Black Course hosted The 2019 PGA Championship, the 2012 and 2016 Barclays PGA Tour events, and is set to be the site of the 2025 Ryder Cup—the biggest international golf event in the world. And the best part is, it’s a municipal course so it’s open to the public and you can even swing on the same course as some of THE best pro golfers to ever have lived.

10 THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT CADILLAC LYRIQ
The age of EVs is now upon us, and among all the auto giants that are all trying to beat each other to the punch, Cadillac has now entered into the foray. There has been plenty of hype and excitement around the luxury brand’s first full EV, and it’s merely the tip of the iceberg. Joining a list of some remarkable EVs by well-established giants of the game, the Lyriq excites us with what it could do to carve itself a share of the budding market share.
What is most significant about the Lyriq is that it will spearhead Cadillac’s complete transition to the electric sector, as they announced in 2021 that every new Cadillac vehicle going forward will be an EV. It is no secret that both GM and Cadillac have a lot invested in the fruit of their labor, the Cadillac Lyriq, and its hopes hinge on the new electric crossover for the future they have planned together. Here are 10 things you should know about the new Cadillac Lyriq.
General Motors has had issues with its batteries, with incidents of some of those units even catching fire. Thus, Cadillac made the right call by staying away from its parent company’s existing technology. Instead, the new 2023 Lyriq will use the auto giant’s latest Ultium battery tech, which would bring greater range, lower costs, and more flexibility to its EVs than ever.
We know that all electric vehicles barely make noise, owing to the complete absence of an Internal Combustion Engine under their hoods. However, Cadillac, being the premium-luxury brand that it is, has gone the extra mile to provide zero cabin noise to occupants of its 2023 Lyriq.
Cadillac and GM are completely serious about their electric future, and General Motors’ investment plan worth a staggering $27 billion is a prime example of the same. GM is looking to offer close to 30 different, all-new electric vehicles by the end of 2025, and thus, the Lyriq is the first of many to come. This investment was a $7 billion increment to their initial plan announcement.
Instead of going with a conventional two-screen setup, one for the driver’s information cluster and one for the infotainment, Cadillac will offer the Lyriq with one single massive curved LED screen, and similar to the Cadillac Escalade, the screen will be capable of displaying one billion colors.
There are several luxury EVs out on the market today that are still underpinned by platforms which were originally designed for ICE-powered vehicles, but not the 2023 Lyriq. Cadillac’s first electric crossover sits on GM’s brand-new modular EV platform called the Ultium platform.
There is no doubt that the Lyriq will be rife with all the comforts and features one would expect from a premium brand like Cadillac. The 2023 Lyriq will also appeal to the youth segment with features like a 19-speaker sound system from AKG, which when paired with its innovative new noise-cancellation tech, would provide one of the best in cabin experiences out there.
The Cadillac Lyriq will be going head-to-head with existing EVs in the market, thus taking on giants like Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Tesla. Rivaling the Germans’ EQC and E-Tron, and the American Tesla Model X, the Lyriq will have a lot of fight on its hands. However, it could certainly gain a competitive edge with its pricing and features, which would be the latest ones since it is the newest entrant to the game.
When deliveries of the 2023 Cadillac Lyriq commence, the focus would be on the standard variant, which is only offered in rear-wheel drive. The RWD Lyriqs should begin cropping up at dealerships near May and June, but Cadillac has stated that a more powerful variant would also be on the way.
The excitement and hype surrounding Caddy’s first-ever EV resulted in a vastly successful reception of the Lyriq last year when registrations for the car went live. In fact, it took all of ten minutes for the car to be sold out, which is definitely something worth bragging about.
Cadillac revealed the price of the Debut edition model of the Lyriq, and at $62,990, it does what was expected of it- it undercuts all of its main rivals. While this price is for the RWD variant, the AWD model only goes for $2,000 premium, keeping the Cadillac under its competitors’ prices.

INTRODUCING THE 2023 CADILLAC ESCALADE V-SERIES
There’s an old saying that goes, “there are Cadillacs, and then there is the Escalade.” The full-size luxury SUV is not only the brand’s flagship, but it’s also a platform for Cadillac to display its technological and design chops, and the latest versions of the Escalade show both to a high degree. The SUV entered its fifth generation in 2021, which brought a diesel engine option and a boatload of new tech that made the Escalade a forward-looking luxury powerhouse
The 2023 model year brings the release of the Escalade V-Series, the first performance SUV for Cadillac. Though it will look like an Escalade, the V-Series should derive immense power from a supercharged V8 engine, and the super ‘ute will also get go-fast suspension and handling bits.
The Cadillac Escalade got a full refresh for the 2021 model year that retained the luxo-barge’s trademark styling but added length and smoothed out the sharp edges from years past. As part of the newly minted fifth-generation Escalade line, the V-Series shares more than a passing resemblance with its “lesser” counterparts. Black exterior accents are plentiful, with acres of the stuff covering the rocker panels, lower bumpers, front air vents, and side window trim. Other than subtle trim, the only indications that something special is happening are the “V” badges on the front quarter panels, sporty wheels, and red brake calipers.
Are you ready for an upgrade and your lease is not quite over yet? At Sarant Cadillac of Farmingdale in Long Island, New York, we give you the opportunity to enjoy a brand new Cadillac like the Escalade, XT5 or XT4 without worrying about cancellation fees.
